1. From the file menu, pick Tools / Manage / Incident Reasons to open the incident reason manager.
  2. Overseer ships with three default incident types which are used to explain down times.You can always add, edit, or delete to/from this list.
  3. To add an incident type, click on the "Add" button. You will need to define the name of the incident type and the details involved. For example:
  4. When done, click on "OK" to save the new incident type. Click "OK" again in the incident manager to close that as well.
  5. To edit an existing incident type, double click on the line item you wish to edit. This will bring up the incident configuration. Click on "OK" when done to close.
  6. To delete an existing incident type, single click on the line item you wish to delete and click on the "Delete" button. Click on "OK" when done to close.
