Actions are used to define things that happen at specific times during monitoring,
such as when a resource check fails, recovers, a new event is received, or
potentially every check. Currently, the only supported action type is 'Execute Program',
but this may change in the future. Once actions are defined under Manage->Actions,
they are linked to a resource(along with a trigger) by choosing the 'Actions' item
on the left when editing a resource.
