Exception Details

This screen lets you specify details about an exception. This screen is launched by double-clicking an exception in the calendar view, or by clicking the 'New Exception' button.

Subject: This is a short reference tag, determining what the schedule exception is for. This is for display purposes, and useful to remind you as to the purpose of the exception.
Start: This is the start date/time for the exception. You can click 'All Day' if you want resource monitoring for this schedule to be turned off for the entire day(s).
End: This is the day/time that the exception ends. Monitoring will resume immediately at this time.
Recurrence: This button lets you set a schedule exception to recur based on a pattern. This is very useful for regular scheduled maintenance.
