HTTP resources are used to monitor websites, web pages, or any services
that expose a website/webpage for function. This is often used to monitor
corporate websites, Outlook Web Access for a Microsoft Exchange server, etc.
Overseer can monitor websites to make sure they're operational, responding within a reasonable
amount of time, do or don't have specific text in the response, and even check
for SSL certificate expirations.
