Incident Reasons are edited by going to the Incident Reasons list. This can be accessed via Manage->Incident Reasons in the main Overseer Network Monitor window. To learn about this basic list interface, please see the see-also topic below, 'Edit Lists'.
  • Reason Name: This is the name of the incident reason. This is the name that appears in the dropdown for an incident and on the incident report. You can filter on this value using the search value/field parameters.
